At GroovyGenie, we are always guided by the market situation, and therefore we will never suggest budgets beyond your capabilities.

The minimum and maximum time of an ad campaign depends on the type of ad and the target audience. We will collect the data and suggest the best possible choice of duration and cost of advertising.

All these tools are useful and some necessary for the proper and better promotion of your business. Which ones will be used or which ones are best for you, we can decide together, after the relevant research that we will carry out, in order to achieve the best possible result with the right tools.

There is no minimum period for any of our marketing plans. We suggest, though, that the minimum duration for any advertising campaigns, other than SEO, be at least 2-3 months, so that we can collect, modify and develop your ads more properly. Regarding SEO, which is a fairly specialized job, we recommend a minimum period of 4-6 months, since the appearance of results is longer in the long run compared to other practices.

All we need from you is the acceptance of our cooperation. Our team will take care of all the editing procedures, texts and photos that will be used for your campaigns.

There are over 200 shortcodes/blocks/elements in SaasLand. You can use any block/element into any page as you want.

The payment is one-time. After you pay the one-time price of the theme, you will never be charged for it. But you can buy extended support after your support expires after 6 months.

Yes, SaasLand comes with ThemeForest’s standard 6 months support. We conduct the support via theme’s “Comments” section and also our support ticketing system.

After the 6-month period is over you can buy extended support. You can buy extended support in the beginning, too. I that case you get a 1-year support in total.

In brief, we are responsible for the features that are advertised in the theme. So we will do the following:
– Solve bugs if there is any (bug means if any feature is not working as it should)
– If you have any question we will answer it
– After your installation if you face any issues/bugs, we can look into your website or server, but we don’t guarantee any solution or custom works there.

With the completion of the 12-month payment cycle, our contract expires. All you need to do is to renew the hosting of your page or eshop with us, to keep using our services, or you could transfer it to another hosting provider, without additional or any hidden charges. In any case, we will contact you 30 days before the end of our contract.

Really easy. With the acceptance of our contract, you will need to deposit the 1st installment together with the activation fee (€ 130 incl. VAT), so that our work could start. Then, every 30 days you will receive a payment notice via Stripe. and you will be able to pay your installment by depositing in our Bank account, via Credit or Debit card.

During the period of the contract, we provide full technical support of your page or eshop, which include upgrading your website, typical maintenance or even adding some basic (free) features/funstions at no additional cost.

The installments plan does not include any graphics or design work, as well as the change of appearance of your page or eshop after delivery. Also, any Digital Marketing services are not included in this package, but you can choose and combine any of them with your plan.

Yes, of course you can. The cancellation of your installments plan is possible upon your written statement request, stating the the reason for the cancellation. Please note that the cancellation would be subject to approval from our company. In case of cancellation of the contract, there will be only a charge of the current month of use. Cancelling your installments plan before the end of the contract period, your website or eshop can only be transferred to your ownership with the payment of the corresponding amount shown below:

Cancellation in month 3-4: € 600 (+ VAT)
Cancellation in the month 5-7: € 400 (+ VAT)
Cancellation in the month 8-11: € 200 (+ VAT)

In the case of the installment plan, the amount of the monthly payment is not refundable and the terms of cancel your contract apply.

If your website is a simple business or corporate page, all you need are the text to be included and maybe some photos you would like us to use. In the case of an eshop, you will need to have high quality photos of your products, as well as a contract with the Bank or Credit Cards company of your choice for the acceptance of payments via credit cards. Also, you would need to get a contract with a shipping company, for the delivery of the products ordered. For everything else, our team will deliver.

For a typical business or corporate website, there is no limit to the number of inner pages you could have. The only thing you need to care is about the unique material (e.g. photos) and content (text), so that the visitor can have a easy and worthwhile browsing experience.

If you do not have a logo or your business does not have a corporate identity, do not worry! GroovyGenie team will offer you all the necessary services that your business will need in order to obtain a unique and professional presentation on the internet.
